Shipping & Returns

All our giclee prints and t-shirts are print-to-order so take around 3-4 days to print before being dispatched. Great things are worth waiting for!

Shipping costs are based on the number of products you buy and the location you want us to ship to. Just add products to your cart and choose your country for delivery to see the shipping cost before your sale goes through.
If you have any questions about shipping then please ask and we’ll try to help.

All our prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes.
Our screen prints and Litho prints are sent directly from our studio so will arrive separately from giclee prints.

Domestic (UK)

All UK orders are all sent by Royal Mail First Class (so arrive approximately 2-3 days after dispatch)

International

Orders sent out to Europe, the US or anywhere else in the world can take 1 to 3 weeks from dispatch (but sometimes less and at busy times, such as Xmas, sometimes more). We offer International standard and international tracked shipping options at checkout.

Prints:
For screen / litho prints:
we use Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked/Signed For’ service.

For giclée prints:
Standard: we use Deutsche Post and their affiliated couriers per country.

Tracked: DHL Express International (this is a faster, trackable service)

T-shirts:
We use Spring for all countries except Germany (DPD) and Czech Republic (PPL Parcel)
In all cases we strive to provide the best method of postage whilst keeping shipping costs to the very minimum.

Damage

If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action but will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.

Loss

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any customs/postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your items.

Returns policy

We are happy for you to return item/s within 28 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
